When life hands you lemons….
Make Lemonade! What a glorious day it has been – planting our herb container garden, a couple of tomato plants and sprucing up the back yard to enjoy this beautiful spring weather. And…making lemonade of course! It was so fun to see the girl’s enthusiasm over digging in soil, placing tender plants in their homes and squeezing lemons(baby bro missed out on all the fun during his nap). My amazing pastor-husband bought me a lemon juicer similar to this onebecause I fell in love with the amazing Rosemary Peach Lemonade from the delicious Tupelo Honey cafe in Asheville, and had assigned him to hand juicing the lemons for me 🙂 This little invention is so much easier and the kids could even help me. What a fun afternoon enjoying the simple things in life…

Pretty young lady
These annuals keep coming back every year! I don’t do a single thing to them and it’s been so fun to see them re-appear.
Hard working man
