Gratitude Tree

We’ve had this up for a couple of weeks now…it’s a tradition we started many years ago when Ashtyn was a toddler. As the girl’s grow older and more creative and capable of new artistic ideas, I love watching our tree look more beautiful. This year, they used water-colors to paint all of the leaves. Even little Ellie helped! All three of the girls have memorized the verse on the tree trunk as well and it is a wonderful reminder to give thanks despite our circumstances – whether we have plenty or stand in need because we serve a God whose mercies endure forever! May your Thanksgiving be filled with reflections of gratitude…
